So langsam wird es lächerlich was Apple da betreibt.
Diesmal soll der in den 90er Jahren damals beschäftigte low-level Entwickler Andy Rubin wertvolle Informationen vom Patent nr. 263 (realtime API) mit nach Google mitgenommen haben.

Würde diese Klage durchkommen beim ITC könnte Apple sogar gewinnen. Aber in Wahrheit war es so das Andy Rubin zwar wirklich an der Entwicklung von der Echtzeitschnittstelle bei Apple beteiligt, aber wo er die Entwicklung von Android 2003 begann, er bei General Magic beschäftigt war und Google damals Android für 50 Millionen US Dollar gekauft. Nun ist er bei Google Chefentwickler..
Ich bin mal gespannt was noch passiert und wie sich Apple weiter versucht sich am leben zu halten, besonders wenn Google den Kauf von Motorola in trockenen Tüchern hat.
